A sure foundation.
“And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus , for He will save His people from their sins.”
Matthew 1:21 NKJV

We serve a God who is mighty to save! He heals when we are sick, He provides in our most desperate times, He delivers us from trouble, He keeps our feet from falling – but the salvation that is our sure foundation is that He saves us from our sins! Though you are sick, and He doesn’t heal, though you go through a season of suffering need financially, though you suffer persecution – if you have trusted Christ as Lord and Savior, and are born again – the sure foundation always remains that you are saved from your sins! When you breathe your last breath in this life, that will be what matters most of all. God loves you! Don’t question that even if He doesn’t save you from your circumstances.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Romans 8:35 NKJV
